After successfully placing an order on the website luxuryracketclub.com, with correct data and compliance with the described terms of use, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your order. When it is made and prepared for dispatch, you will be informed by email, including the necessary data related to the delivery of your order.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
All product orders are subject to material availability and our production occupancy. In this regard, if difficulties arise with respect to the manufacture and delivery of products, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order replacement products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
REFUSAL OF ORDER PROCESSING
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and to remove or change any material or content from it. Although we will always do our best to process all genuine orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order after we have sent an order confirmation. We reserve the right to do this at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the removal of any product from this website, or for the removal or modification of any material or content from the website, or for our failure to process an order after we have sent order confirmation.
DELIVERY
Notwithstanding clause 7 above in relation to product availability and except in exceptional circumstances, we will endeavor to despatch the order consisting of the product(s) listed in any delivery confirmation before the date set out in the relevant confirmation of delivery, or – if no delivery date is specified – within the expected time specified when choosing a delivery method, and in all cases we will deliver the product within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. However, there may be delays due to reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery area.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “delivery” shall be deemed to have been made and an order shall be deemed to have been made
“delivered” as soon as you or a third party specified by you, other than the supplier, acquires possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of a document for receipt of the order at the delivery address specified by you.
TRANSFER OF RISK AND TITLE IN PRODUCTS
The Products will be under your responsibility from the time of delivery to you as set out in clause 9 above. You will acquire ownership of the Products when we receive payment in full of all sums due, including delivery costs, or at the time of delivery (as defined in clause 9 above) if this is to be made later.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The price of the products will be determined at all times on our website, except in the case of obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that the prices displayed on the website are correct, an error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and all monies paid will be refunded in full. We are not obliged to provide you with any product at an incorrect lower price (even where we have sent an order confirmation) if the error in price is clear and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price. Prices on the site include VAT but exclude delivery charges payable to the chosen courier company.
